Confirmation from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department came on Wednesday morning that they are aware of a possible sighting of missing 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro.

A spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Department stated that ā€œInvestigators are aware of the reported sighting. No information as to where in Kern County was provided.”

Haro was reported missing on Aug. 14 after his mother said he wasĀ taken from the parking lot of a Big 5 Sporting Goods StoreĀ in Yucaipa when a stranger allegedly knocked his mother unconscious as she was changing his diaper.

As of August 20th, according the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office Instagram page, they reported that their “investigators have followed up on the reported sightings of 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro, but he has not yet been located.”

They also conclude that “anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to contact the Specialized Investigations Division at 909-890-4904. Callers wishing to remain anonymous should contact We-Tip at 1-800-78-CRIME (27463) or go to wetip.com.”
